All payments made through this platform are for the booking and confirmation of a consultation appointment. This platform does not provide emergency medical services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking through this platform. By completing a booking you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Booking & Payment
All consultation fees are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are due in full at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment. Draft or incomplete bookings are not persisted on our system until payment is successfully processed.
4. Nature of Consultations
Consultations provided through this platform are professional advisory sessions with a qualified dermatologist. They do not constitute emergency medical advice and are not a substitute for in-person clinical examination where required. Clients are responsible for following up with a local healthcare provider for any treatment requiring physical intervention.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on drzakhealthcare.com — including text, images, treatment descriptions, and branding — is the property of Zak Industries LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zak Industries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or from consultations booked through it. Our total liability in any matter arising from a booking shall not exceed the consultation fee paid.
