1. Cancellation & Refund Window
If you cancel your booked consultation more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you are entitled to a 60% refund of the consultation fee paid. The remaining 40% is retained as a non-refundable booking and administrative fee.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows.
3. Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@drzakhealthcare.com with your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of a technical failure on our platform that prevents the consultation from taking place, a full refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation window.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
